The foundation of a successful project begins with listening. CraneDigital works with potential clients to determine the scope and nature of the project under consideration. We'll create a proposal with the results of this engagement. From the input of appropriate experts we'll then determine accurate costing for each phase of the project. No single recipe will work for every client in an integrated service setting. CraneDigital will develop either a fixed bid proposal or a time and materials proposal based on the nature of the project under consideration, and on client needs. We usually present the client with a full pricing breakdown showing all cost and time considerations used to calculate proposed totals.

Discover
Once an objective has been determined and an agreement has been reached, CraneDigital will assemble the design and/or development team that will be used for the project. This team will work with the client to develop functional and technical specs - all of the blueprints necessary to ensure the production of a succesful project. At this phase, project details will be determined: new content requirements (if any), the extent of the testing plan and other project-specific needs. The Project Manager will lead the client through the process which will ultimately determine the final project specifications.

Design
Once adequate design and/or development outlines have been created in the discovery process, developers, writers, graphic artists, voice talent and media builders will begin to produce the project. This phase will be visible to the client at all times. CraneDigital will not only provide in-person and phone-based communications, but also a password-protected client page with detailed listings of project schedule, deliverables, and milestones.

Deploy
After methodical checks and balance, testing and proofing, the work product is launched as a web site, animation, illustration, CD/DVD or printed piece.
